Order Processing & Shipping

•    Orders from our online shop are processed and shipped within 7 business days after purchase.

•    Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

•    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

•    We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

•    If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier.

•    If your package is still missing and was not marked as delivered, contact us at info@keenoneart.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

•    We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If it is confirmed as lost, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

•    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.” Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

 

Returns & Refunds

•    Returns are not accepted on shop items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

•    If your shop order has an issue, please email info@keenoneart.com within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work to resolve it.

•    Refunds are issued at our discretion in the form of store credit or a replacement item.
